Passenger Assistant Training (PATS)
What is PATS?
PATS is the nationally recognised qualification for passenger assistants, passenger carers and other equivalent job or volunteer roles. It enables passenger assistants to work more safely, more effectively and to better exercise their Duty of Care.
Our programme is delivered by experinced PATS trainers to help you get the most out of your course. The programme is made up of up to six modules that delegates select based on their personal development needs and the needs of their client groups. Most delegates take at least the first two modules of the course.
