Alan Morris
Training Manager

Alans first experience in the transport sector was being involved in the commissioning of Croydon Tram Link. Alan joined LaSCoT in 2002, and is responsible for all of our training needs including MiDAS and PATs. As our health and safety officer and monitoring officer he carries out contractual monitoring, risk assesments and other issues relating to health and safety. During his time at LaSCoT he has acquired a Driving Licence to enable him to drive a bus.
Andy Brown
Operations Manager
With over 9 years experience in the transport sector, Andy has worked with HCT group since 2002 when he joined the group as a volunteer driver.
Andy worked steadily through the organisation as Group Transport administrator, Bus Driver, Red Bus Controller, Payrol Administrator, Assistant Operations Manager and then took over as Operations Manager at Lascot in April 2007.
Curt Berkley
Administrator / Controller
Curt joined Lascot in March 2010 bringing with him experience in scheduling, payroll and supervisory skills. Curt is primarily responsible for our back office administration procedures, including invoicing, billing, payrol, and staff supervision.
Elliot Powell
Operations Assistant
Elliot joined LaSCoT in July 2010 on a six month placement via the governments Future Jobs Fund Scheme. Elliot had no previous experience in the transport sector, but brought with him excellent IT skills and quickly became part of the expanding back office team. At the end of his six month placement, Lascot were pleased to offer him a part time position. Elliot primarily deals with staff scheduling for our Group Transport and YourCar services, billing and other office duties.
Jennifer Wands
Senior Manager
Jennifer is a Senior Manager within the HCT Group, running their London South and South West operations.
Jennifer has served in this capacity since December 2007. Her role includes financial management, meeting contractual and performance quality of service delivery, staff management, maximising opportunities for expansion and diversification and maintaining positive relationships with the organisations commercial clients and stakeholders.
Jennifer has 13 years of operational experience, 10 years at management level in Clothing Production/Manufacturing/Retail, Service Delivery/logistics and Transport industries. She has worked in the private, public and third sectors.
Luke Loughry
Operations Assistant
Luke joined LaSCoT in July 2010 through the Future Job Fund Scheme. He came into the position with no previous transport experience but relished the opportunity and quickly learned all of the skills needed. Following his six month placement, LaSCot were pleased to be able to offer him a part time position, and one year on he deals with our day to day and regular bookings, for our Daycentre & SEN services.
Marvin Walker
Controller
With almost thirty years transport experience, Marvin has worked as a driver, controller and supervisor. Gaining experience in the late 1980's Marvins controlling experience working with vans, cars, and bikes around London and the south east, enabled him to move to London Dial-A-Ride where he spent some eight years. In 2003 Marvin joined Lascot.
Robert Brown
Fleet Administrator

With almost thirty five years in the transport industry, Robert has progressed from a TFL bus driver at a young age to serving the community as a dial-a-ride driver. Always welcoming a challenge, Robert became a Supervisor at Dial-a-Ride and following redundancy, joined the Lascot team in 2006 as a driver. He was promoted to Supervisor and currently holds the position of Fleet Administrator following a company restructure.
