Transport For All - Step free access campaign at Crystal Palace Station
Transport for All is campaigning for step-free access at Crystal Palace station.
Join us at 4pm on 5th July outside Crystal Palace station to show your support for installing lifts. Feel free to bring placards!
Together with Jim Dowd MP and London Assembly Member Valerie Shawcross, we'll be calling on the Mayor of London and Chair of Transport for London Boris Johnson to ensure that funds are made available to provide step free access to platforms at the station and reopen the former ticket hall.
For far too long, Crystal Palace station has been out of bounds to many disabled and older people, not to mention the hassle for parents with pushchairs and people with luggage.
We’ll be meeting at 4pm at the station entrance with placards for a photostunt, to tell TfL it’s high time the station had lifts installed.
Can't make it? Please sign this petition before 7th July!
Let's make Crystal Palace accessible to all.
On Facebook? You can sign up to attend the event here.
Hope to see you there!
Best wishes
